Ecomness — Run Your Store From Anywhere
Signature move. Lifestyle proof → operational burden removed → gated access.
- Brand
- Ecomness — e-commerce platform for aspiring store owners (B2B)
- Role
- Creative Strategist & Performance Copywriter
- Format
- Storytelling UGC (long-form) · 3 hook explorations · short-form UGC · 2 statics
- Audience
- Aspiring store owners who fear the operational load
- Objective
- Position Ecomness as the operational infrastructure that lets e-commerce entrepreneurs focus on growth instead of logistics.
The challenge
Ecomness was entering a Tunisian market where a dominant competitor already owned the functional claims — better logistics, better suppliers, better pricing.
The strategic diagnosis
Competing feature-by-feature in an already-crowded category wouldn’t make Ecomness meaningful. The real question wasn’t which platform is better — it was who the platform lets you become.
The strategic shift
Category competition → identity-led positioning. Ecomness stopped being pitched as another logistics platform and became the enabler of a specific entrepreneur identity.
The creative concept
The Lifestyle Arbitrage — the creative sells the identity and lifestyle the platform enables, not just its operational features.
I surfaced this insight directly from young Tunisian drop-shippers at WebExpo: the real driver wasn’t a better platform — it was freedom.
Situation → insight → shift
What was being sold, what customer truth mattered, what changed in the message.
Situation
Growing a store means juggling products, suppliers, stock, website, orders, logistics and customer follow-up.
Insight
The value isn’t access to suppliers. It’s running the business without personally carrying every operational task.
Strategic shift
Turn a feature stack into one simple promise: less operational burden, more room to grow.
The reframe
The belief the ad has to move, in one line.
Old belief
“Ecomness is a dropshipping platform.”
New belief
“Ecomness lets me focus on the business while the infrastructure handles the operational layer.”
Feature
Logistics process A→Z · dashboard · weekly follow-up
Benefit
“I stay focused on marketing & the site”
Outcome
Two stores at once, from anywhere
Creative conceptMy store runs without me being trapped inside it.

My creative brief & visual direction
Production-ready direction, split by the collaborator who executes it.
- Format
- Short-form UGC · screen-recording heavy · curiosity hook (speed)
- Platforms
- TikTok · Meta Reels · YouTube Shorts · 9:16
- Runtime
- ≈ 45s
Videographer
- Mood
- Speed-run energy. “Look what I can do in half an hour.” Clean, modern, credible — not a guru or lifestyle-flex video.
- Lighting
- Bright daylight from a window at 45° (~5600K) as key, small warm desk lamp as accent; matte laptop, screens at ~80% brightness to control glare.
- Camera
- 9:16 vertical, 1080×1920 min, 30fps. A-roll medium close-up at the desk, eye level, tripod, static; laptop visible over the shoulder, out of focus.
- Grade
- Crisp, cool-clean, medium-high contrast; Ecomness teal sampled from the logo and lifted slightly above the rest of the palette.
Creator
- Archetype
- 24–35, smart-casual, relaxed — “the friend who always has a side project running.”
- Energy
- Brisk, confident, screen-share energy. Show, don’t sell — smile with the eyes, no salesy grin.
- Pace
- Fast-conversational; hit the numbers (30, 10, 24) slightly harder, slow only on the reassurance line.
- Rules
- Eyes on the lens except on screen cues; script on a phone under the lens; any ad-lib is an extra take, never the main one.
Video Editor
- Timeline
- Hook punch-in on “30 minutes” → UI zooms at 130–160% through the build steps → empty-room cutaway on the no-stock reframe → sign-up form zoom with arrow + link pill on the CTA.
- Captions
- White text on a 70% black rounded box, word-by-word highlight, max 2 lines, Latin words keep their spelling.
- SFX
- Stopwatch beep and click on every cursor action, keyboard-tap bed under timelapses, whoosh on transitions, music dips on the reassurance line.
Moodboard — Ecomness+
- Hook — stopwatch starts, 30-minute promise
- Build — product, site, domain, live dashboard
- No-stock — empty room, objection removed
- Proof — test store, second location
- CTA — sign-up form, 24h response

The hooks
The first three seconds, one entry door at a time. Original copy, shown verbatim. Tap EN for an English translation.
Here's how you can run your e-com store from anywhere in the world. I'm Karim — I've been in Bali for two years now, and all I need is my laptop to run my store.
You too can run e-commerce from Bali.
You've definitely seen people running e-commerce from Bali — but how?
Everyone keeps asking me how I'm running two e-com stores from Bali while barely lifting a finger!
How I launched another e-com store in just 30 minutes.
Hook test map — same offer, different entry doors: LIFESTYLE PROOF · POSSIBILITY ("you too") · CURIOSITY (social + speed)
Testing mindset Each hook isolates a different variable — lifestyle proof vs. possibility vs. curiosity (social and speed). How I would test this: run each as a distinct ad set against the same body copy and CTA, keep the winner by CTR / CPL.
Script breakdown
Structure unit · raw script wording · applied marketing psychology and metrics.
Ecomness has a solid logistics process from A to Z. I follow the whole process from the dashboard.
Why it works+
The platform's complexity is presented as already solved, leaving the viewer only the growth job.
From the moment the order goes out, to when the customer is contacted, to delivery — everything happens right in front of me, organized and on time.
Why it works+
Walks the full order journey so the viewer sees where the risk would be — and that it's covered.
And what put my mind at ease most: I get weekly technical follow-up with a marketing expert, to get their opinion on my campaigns and anything else on the marketing side I want to strengthen.
Why it works+
Removes the beginner's fear of being left alone with the hardest part of the business.
And even the fees are very reasonable — 5% lower than other platforms.
Why it works+
Answers the price objection with a comparison, not a discount. "5% lower" as scripted.
What made everything easy was the product-testing phase. I didn't have to go hunt down suppliers, or sink money into stock before even knowing if a product would sell — I could simply launch a test on any product.
Why it works+
Names the scariest beginner fear — money stuck in stock — and shows it removed.
Honestly, demand for Ecomness has grown a lot this past year — that's why there's a short interview before you get access.
Why it works+
A screening step makes access feel earned. Demand claim as scripted.
Here's how you can run your e-com store from anywhere in the world. I'm Karim — I've been in Bali for two years now, and all I need is my laptop to run my store.
Why it works+
Sell the problem the audience is actually living, not the product category.
The closing engine
How the script asks for the action, and what makes the next step easy.
Just fill out the form, and within 48 hours the team will call you.
See you on the other side!!
If you want to scale your revenue from this to that — with no risk, no burnout.
Just sign up on Ecomness. I've left the link under the video, and within 24 hours the team will call and explain everything.
The creative in the wild
Static executions of the same concept.
My static core adaptations: premium minimal frames capturing the digital-nomad aesthetic, paired with raw volume proof — “Test up to 10 products a day from anywhere”.
Evidence
What is reported, what is only claimed inside the script, and what is not available.
Campaign-level results from the Ecomness role (2024–2025), achieved by reframing a feature-first B2B lead-generation hook around a financial pain point. Original account screenshots are not included here, and the figures are not attributed to any single script shown on this page.
- Fees 5% lower than other platforms, as written in the script
- Demand high enough to require a mini interview before access, as written in the script
